  • Do you do special orders?

  • If I buy them for Christmas, can I return after the BIG day ?

Yes you can. Even if you bought them in July for a Christmas present, as long as they are "as new", boxed and haven't been worn outside, you can still return them for a different style or size.

  • Can I buy in Euros or Dollars currency?

Not at the moment, all our prices are in UK Pounds, if you order by credit card you will be charged at the current exchange rate for your currency by your credit card company.

  • Is this site safe?

Yes it is, we take security seriously. Our ordering is done on a secure(ssl) connection.

  • Can you ship to such and such a country?

We ship to the UK and all other European countries.

  • Do you charge for shipping?

UK mainland orders are FREE if you spend over £75. Otherwise the cost is calculated on weight, however as guide one pair of heelys would cost around £4.25, whilst 2 or more pairs would cost around £3.50 per pair. Orders are sent using either Royal Mail 1st Class recorded delivery or next day courier. All NON UK orders will be shipped at a cost of around £9 per item. (in both of these examples, the weight cost of shipping is reduced, the more you buy!)

  • What cards do you accept?

Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, American express etc.

  • How long will my order take to get to me?

We ship most orders the next working day from receiving the order. Shipping times are as follows: UK 1-2 day, Europe 3-4 days. If there are any delays your order should reach you within 7 days.

  • If my package is late can I track it?

Yes you can, if you send an email to sales@freeglide.co.uk we can give you a tracking number or chase up your order for you, you can also phone to chase up your order on 0800 169 9079 from the uk.

  • What happens if you are out of stock of what i order?

Usually everything available on the site is in stock, if the item is out of stock we will contact you and your card will not be charged.

  • What happens if the product doesn't fit me?

If you return the item to us we will send out a replacement item in the right size.

  • What happens if the item arrives damaged?

Phone or email us and we can arrange for a replacement.

  • Is there a warranty on stuff?

Heelys offer a full 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects only. However, HEELY UK / FREEGLIDE will always try its best to keep its customers happy.

  • What do you do with the information you collect from me?

Nothing. We only use your information to ship your order. Your name or email is not added to any mailing lists.

  • You sell your shoes in UK sizes but I only know US sizes?

For US sizes you need to go up a size i.e. UK10 is a US11.
